1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and software services provided by Manpointe Tech LLP ("Manpointe"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our services.

2. Intellectual Property & Code Ownership

Unless otherwise specified in a custom Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW), all software, source code, designs, and deliverables created for clients upon full payment become the intellectual property of the respective client.

3. Limitation of Liability

Manpointe Tech LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services beyond the remedies stipulated in executed client contracts.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
